DONATE TO OUR "TOUCH FOR PEACE" SCHOLARSHIP FUND AND RECEIVE A MASSAGE
In order to fund our scholarship program we offer some massages on a donation basis.
These were our first three recipients this year.-- Maui High School students going into college, "What I will do with my education to help promote peace. For more details check out "Touch for Peace" Scholarship.. All the money donated will go directly into the fund. Or if you purchase a "Touch for Peace" massage a portion of the money goes into the fund.
We have limited time availability so call in advance for more information and ask for Laura. .
May 17, 2011 Wailea Massage was to donate one $500 scholarship but the essays were so moving that we donated to all three students who wrote in their application essay about, "How I will use my education to help promote peace". We need to raise an extra $1000. You can be a part of it all. We will be offering some massages by donation.
Basically the, "Touch for Peace" treatment will not cost anything and if you decide to make a donation the total amount will go into the fund. You can purchase in advance. Donate now receive later. We need the money by August 1.
The Touch for Peace treatment is a combination of massage modaliities from around the world. including:
Japanese Shiatsu, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi with the Lava Flow, warm stones, Thai Stretching, Tibetan Healing Bowls, Ayurvedic Herbs rubbed into joints for arthritic aches and pains or balancing the respiratory system.long swedish strokes, and some French oil with wine. along with love and the best description of lomi lomi being, to knead in prayers. So make a wish, set an intention and we'll help you to help yourself.
